Chapter 54. LAW ENFORCEMENT

§ 54-1. Composition of police department; appointment of officers.

(a)

The police department shall be composed of a chief of police and such other police officers, as the town manager with consent of the council may appoint from time to time.

(b)

All regular police officers shall be appointed by the town manager with consent of the council.
